By booking a yacht charter with Blue Bay Marine or Goa Yacht Charter, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Bay Marine, Goa Yacht Charter, their affiliates, boat owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with:

Personal Injury or Property Damage:

Any personal injury, illness, or property damage suffered by you or your guests while on board or participating in activities organized by Blue Bay Marine, Goa Yacht Charter, or affiliated boat owners.

  Negligence or Misconduct:

Any claims resulting from your or your guests’ negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by our crew, boat owners, or staff.

Breach of Agreement:

Any violation or breach of the terms and conditions outlined in our charter agreement, including policies on our website or communicated at the time of booking.

Third-Party Liability:

Any claims brought by third parties arising from actions, omissions, or accidents caused by you or your guests while on board, or related to activities associated with the yacht charter experience.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that activities conducted on water, including yacht charters, come with inherent risks. You and your guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities, and Blue Bay Marine, Goa Yacht Charter, and affiliated boat owners shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Blue Bay Marine, Goa Yacht Charter, and affiliated boat owners shall be limited to the amount paid for the charter booking in the event of claims directly attributable to their negligence or breach of duty.
